The ingredients for a Chanticleer Morning are engaging guests, sociable hosts, and strong fresh coffee, followed by a creative 2-course breakfast. Enjoy multi-course flavorful breakfasts, organic shade-grown coffee, and engaging conversations. The New York Times and Wall Street Journal are delivered daily. Coffee is served by 8:00 on the buffet, and breakfast is ready by 9:00 in our sunny dining room. Breakfast always starts with a first course featuring fresh fruit prepared in an interesting way. Pastries made daily from scratch. For the main course, we alternate daily between a sweet and savory dish. Our dishes are enhanced with fresh herbs, vegetables, and flowers from our organic garden. With advanced notice, we alter or select breakfasts to accommodate special dietary requirements. For those who wish to share a breakfast with only your travel companion, please let us know in advance. Usually we can offer a small table in the breakfast room or set a table in the garden.
